The Brief:
Effective communication with employees is a critical component to success. As DuPont has over 1,250 employees dispersed across 10 locations, their goal was for all employees to remain connected and receive important company information. A digital signage corporate communications network was chosen to achieve this, and Clearview was retained to provide the solution.
Strategy:
After examining the structure of DuPont’s organization, communication objectives, and brand requirements, Clearview’s solution addressed all their needs. DuPont’s communication network was designed to visually bring their brand values to life and engage and inform employees and visitors as they passed by the screens. As three department teams were responsible for content, a communication workflow plan and custom templates were created as a starting point for teams to easily insert their own messaging. Customization of the software was also done to meet specific technical requirements and ensure their strict security protocols were maintained.
As content is the most important detail for a successful corporate communications solution, Clearview also provided consulting that delivered a communication framework from which the organization could build a sustainable platform for growth and realize a return on objectives for their investment.
Results:
Clearview developed an interface that brought DuPont’s brand values to life and transformed their organization’s internal communications environment into a lively and relevant hub of information. The solution revitalized the way DuPont communicates with staff and visitors, and due to the overwhelming reception and success, phase two has been activated. Once complete, 60 screens across Canada will ensure DuPont’s employees and visitors remain engaged, aware, and connected.
