The Brief:

As thought leaders for the HR profession and regulatory body for close to 20,000 HR practitioners in Ontario, the Human Resources Professionals Association's (HRPA) new headquarters is a meeting place and center of learning for many different constituencies. The HRPA needed an elegant, dynamic solution to help inform and guide visitors throughout their 5000-square-foot Learning Centre.

 

Clearview’s solution functionally enhanced the Learning Centre with engaging digital signage that combines touchscreen way-finding and display screens throughout.

 

Strategy:

Clearview Digital Marketing raised the bar with designing and implementing a solution to streamline and standardize business practices while elevating the HRPA brand. Using SCALA Digital Signage software, Clearview custom created a solution that allows non-technical users to effortlessly input content months in advance, then intelligently manages and wirelessly publishes information on all screens.

 

For visitors entering the Centre, the way-finding touchscreen details in real-time the day’s events, complete with rooms and walking paths. Once inside, complementary screens artfully attract viewers with more relevant and engaging information about: future events, daily speakers with photos and bios, the day's schedule, and more.

 

HRPA is also using the system for their internal communications. Clearview custom created a dedicated channel for their private staff lounge that delivers corporate messaging, an embedded TV feed, scrolling RSS news and weather feeds.

 

Results:
